Clément Poitrenaud and his Stade Toulousain team-mates, resplendent in their new team strips, were photographed by Cyril Masson ahead of the 2012-2013 season. Designed by sportswear manufacturer Nike, the home strip is predominantly black with a red horizontal band across the chest, while the away kit is the reverse. An alternative away strip, in white with a red 'V' across the jersey, has also been produced.
Clément, now in his thirteenth season with the French rugby union side, made his international debut for France against South Africa on the 10th November 2001. In common with many of his contemporaries, he has posed nude for the celebrated 'Dieux du Stade' calendar. Away from rugby, Clément co-owns the La Pergola restaurant in Labége, a suburb of Toulouse.
