David is an Australian rugby league player and the younger brother of fellow professional John Williams. On the 11th May, 2008, he made his National Rugby League (NRL) debut with the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in a 30-12 victory over the Brisbane Broncos. David made his test debut at the World Cup on the 9th November, 2008, scoring three tries in a 46-6 win over Papa New Guinea. Already a household name in Australia, his profile was raised internationally after appearing in the 'Gods of Football' calendar. David has a tendency to let both his hair and beard grow wild, earning him the nickname "Wolfman".
